The Cookie Shop requires five employees: Two people to make cookies, two cashiers, one person to clean the shop, and a manager.
The bakers who make the cookies should be certified in culunary arts and have at least five years of work experience.
The cashiers will consist of one experienced employee who can fill the role of manager and a less experienced worker such as a high school student or part time worker.
The manager / owner will oversee all aspects of the business.
