Helping out the middle-school Track and Field meets and Cross-Country meets on occasions is how I give back to the community. This last year I haven't given volunteered as much as I have in the past. However, I remember when I was in Middle School at SMS and having the High School members watch and give advice to me and my fellow teammates. It greatly helped me when the high school-er's came, so I want to do the same .
